Habibi Special Sobolo (Cucumber Infused)

Habibi Special Sobolo (Cucumber Infused) takes our hibiscus base and softens it with fresh cucumber. The result is lighter and rounder than the Original Blend: the tartness is still there, but the cucumber cuts through it and leaves a cool, clean finish.

This is the blend people reach for in the hotter months and after time outdoors. Served properly chilled it drinks more like a cooler than a traditional sobolo.

Supplied in a 1 litre bottle, enough for four to six glasses. Keep it refrigerated and serve cold, ideally over ice with a slice of cucumber. It suits lunch in the middle of the day, evening gatherings, and any table where you want a soft option that still feels considered.

Brewed in small batches in Tema West. FDA approved and CPMR tested.

If you prefer the classic spiced profile, start with the Original Blend. For something tangier, the Tamarind Infused blend is the one.
