Habibi Special Sobolo (Tamarind Infused) pairs our hibiscus base with natural tamarind, a combination that leans into sourness rather than away from it. The tamarind brings a darker, fruitier tang on top of the hibiscus, giving this blend the sharpest profile in the range.
If you grew up on tamarind sweets, this one will taste familiar. It is bold enough to stand up to rich, heavily spiced food rather than being lost underneath it.
Supplied in a 1 litre bottle. Serve it thoroughly chilled and over ice, alongside jollof, waakye, grilled meats or anything off the coalpot. It also makes a good base for a non-alcoholic punch when you are catering for a crowd.
Brewed in small batches in Tema West. FDA approved and CPMR tested.
